And yet, even with all these regulations, we have companies reaping huge profits from dodgy practices. Look at Enron and California. So don't worry, dearest Stacey, because the poor CAN get cheaper medicine and the drug companies CAN still exploit the public... just a little less. But I guess that reeks of socialism.
