OK, I'll admit it right now; I didn't see that article. I also admit that I'm no medical expert. However, after viewing everyone else's comments, I decided that I should have a say in this.
First of all, we need to look at both sides of the coin, which, from what I've read thus far, has been done (to a point.) It's true that prescription drugs are becoming more costly, but you would be surprised to see how much chaos is caused in this matter, simply because of the greed of the people who make those medicines. We all naturally want to live a healthy life, but unfortunately, some of us can't. Therefore, in order to stabilize ourselves, (most) people enlist the assistance of medication. The type of medicine needed is, IMHO, what really determines the cost of living a "normal" life.
